FON is more than a valuable tool, it has become our online satellite office and contains 200+ clients currently. As we amend/restate Retirement Plan Documents we establish what we call a MJGroup Virtual Office for the client.
An Intuitive design allows new employees to learn the system extremely quickly and online central client files permit a greater degree of decentralized and telecommunication type consulting. I call it the "beach project," it allows me to conduct business from any beach with internet access. Client relationships are improved because they have been helped to consolidate their retirement plan records. Advisor relationships have been improved because the advisor now has direct access to needed retirement plan documentation in real time. As a sidenote, we have had several advisors who have moved all of their clients retirement plan activities to us, just to take advantage of our Virtual Office System, so we can say FON can also be an aid in business building activities.
Hope that's of some help, because just saying we are VERY SATISFIED with the system, and have recommended it to colleagues isn't enough.

By uploading PDF’s of our client’s reports, they never hit paper because of the electronic exchange.
